30% Early Bird Discount is available at URBTIX from 6 August to 5 September for the following New Vision Arts Festival 2018 programmes: Tree of Codes, AquaSonic, Buddha Passion, Negotiation, Guan Yu’s Ride of 1,000 Miles: Experimental Multimedia “Lion Dance Theatre”, Angel’s Bone, Swan Lake/Loch na hEala, The Living Room, The Underground – A Response to Dostoevsky and ArtSnap: LightSpace.

Tickets for all programmes and lectures/workshops are available at URBTIX from 7 September onwards. Patrons can purchase up to a maximum of 40 tickets per transaction (and a maximum of four tickets for the following ArtSnap programmes: How I learned to do BAD drifting, 1314, Sound Walk – Sounds Telling Futures, Forecasting; New Vision programme Zoo as Metaphor 2, and all lecture demonstration/workshops).

  • VISA, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay Online Payment (only for internet booking and applicable to China UnionPay credit cards issued by banks on the mainland, or in Hong Kong or Macao) are accepted for payment.

  • There is a service fee of HK$8 per ticket.

  • Customers may choose to collect tickets at any Cityline Ticket Dispensing Machine or at the sales counter at any URBTIX outlet upon presentation of the credit card used for the booking, or by mail/courier to the customer’s designated address. Mail/courier delivery is available until 7 to 30 days before the performance (depending on the delivery method). An extra service fee will be charged for mail/courier delivery. All service and mailing/delivery fees collected are non-refundable.

  • Service and mailing/delivery fees are subject to change from time to time in accordance with URBTIX updates.

    Points Notes

    Audiences aged six or above are welcome to attend all shows, except Zoo as Metaphor (2) to which audiences below 12 will not be admitted.

    ➢Each ticket admits one person only.

    ➢Programmes will normally be cancelled when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued or remains in effect 3 hours before the performance starts. Ticket holders are advised to visit www.newvisionfestival.gov.hk or www.lcsd.gov.hk for details of programme schedule changes, and to call 2370 1044 after resumption of normal office hours for refund arrangements.

    ➢The presenter reserves the right to substitute artists and change the programme should unavoidable circumstances make it necessary.

    ➢The content of the programmes does not represent the views of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

    ➢Audiences are strongly advised to arrive punctually. Latecomers will only be admitted during intermission or at a suitable break. Please note that latecomers to Tree of Codes, AquaSonic, Guan Yu’s Ride of 1,000 Miles Experimental Multimedia “Lion Dance Theatre” and Swan Lake/Loch na hEala will not be admitted.

    ➢The performance venue for Zoo as Metaphor (2) is a heritage building accessible by stairs only. Audiences are required to move around during the performance, and are thus advised to consider their physical condition before purchasing tickets.

    Discount Schemes
    Concessionary Discounts for Full-time Students, Senior Citizens, People with Disabilities and a Minder and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) Recipients.

    Half-price tickets are availble for Full-time Students, Senior Citizens, People with Disabilities and a Minder and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) Recipients^*. Tickets for CSSA recipients are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Concessionary ticket holders must produce evidence of their identity or age upon admission.

    Package Booking Discount (including ArtSnap programmes)#
    10% discount on full-price tickets for each purchase of 2 different programmes;
    15% discount on full-price tickets for each purchase of 3 different programmes;
    20% discount on full-price tickets for each purchase of 4 or more different programmes.

    Group Booking Discount (including ArtSnap programmes)#
    10% discount for each purchase of 4 - 9 full-price tickets;
    15% discount for each purchase of 10 - 19 full-price tickets;
    20% discount for each purchase of 20 or more full-price tickets.

    The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra’s Club Bravo Member Discount
    15% discount on full-price tickets for Buddha Passion by Tan Dun and the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra with valid membership card.

    Zuni Friends Discount
    21% discount on full-price tickets for One Belt One Road Experimental Theatre and Experiment Naamyam Hong Kong – Blind Musician Dou Wun by Zuni Icosahedron with valid membership card. (Enquiries: 2566 9696)

    Points to Note

    ➢Patrons can enjoy only one of the above discount schemes for each ticket purchased. Please inform the box office staff of the eligible discount type at the time of purchase.

    ➢For each concessionary ticket for people with disabilities, the customer can purchase one ticket with the same concession for a minder.

    ➢The price of each discounted ticket will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.
